Pixel Spooky FX

Pixel Spooky FX - 30 Halloween pixel-art effects at 64x64, the follow-up to Pixel Impact FX. Same frame size, same files, same 25-colour palette, so both packs sit in one game without clashing.

• 30 animations, 60 colourways (original + one palette variant for each)

Blood effects are stylized cartoon droplets, not gore.

Technical: 64x64 px transparent PNG, hard 1-bit alpha. Scale by whole numbers with nearest-neighbour. File naming like pumpkin_burst_64x64_12f.png (effect name, size, frame count), same as Pixel Impact FX.

How it's made: pixel art drawn by code, not by an image-generation model. The code was written with help from an AI coding assistant. Every pixel is drawn by deterministic code into one shared palette; no third-party art, no tracing. PROVENANCE.md in the download explains the pipeline. The store text was written with AI help too; both are disclosed in the project settings.
